本人這兩年都持續有肩膊頸椎痛的情況，平日工作長時間對著電腦，需要不時伸展肩膊，否則就會覺得刺痛，每次都好想按摩將肩膊往後拉從而得到暫時舒緩。亦曾試過因頸部移動疼痛去看中醫跌打，但治療效果未如理想。
